Cloud accounts that arrive with their controls already on.

We set up AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI environments from one request file. Policy checks run before any change reaches a cloud, and the code ends up in your repository.

How we work

You own the result
Code goes into your private repository and resources live in your cloud accounts. We keep no standing access after handoff.
Checks run before changes
Policy reads the Terraform plan before apply, so a failing change never reaches the cloud.
Numbers come with their source
Every figure on this site names the run that produced it and what that run didn't cover.

Multi-Cloud Landing Zone

Teams that run several clouds usually have several ways of creating accounts, and tags, logging, and region rules drift apart. IMCLZ replaces them with one pull-request workflow. A YAML request becomes Terraform for an AWS account, Azure subscription, Google Cloud project, or OCI compartment, and each cloud's own guardrails do the enforcing.

  • ~$0.02Azure and OCI cost across all five demo cycles. AWS and Google Cloud billing hasn't been collected yet.Two of four clouds

Silent clip from the recorded demo. Synthetic requests in Infinitech-controlled cloud accounts.

1 · Request

A YAML file names the owner, cost center, data classification, region, and logging target. The generator validates it against a schema and a region allow list, then writes Terraform for the target cloud. The same request always produces the same Terraform.

Limit: the request format is shared, but the generated Terraform differs per cloud because the provider APIs differ.

2 · Policy check

Terraform can plan successfully and still be rejected. Shared OPA policy reads the saved plan and blocks it when, for example, required tags are missing.

Rejected: run 30736841016, 2 Aug 2026. Corrected and passed: run 30736971032.

Limit: the rejected run was a deliberate test with tags removed.

3 · Approved apply

A read-only identity prepares the plan and records its checksum. A separate identity with write access applies that exact plan and stops if the checksum doesn't match. Pull-request jobs never write to a cloud.

Limit: one operator can run both steps. The identities are separate; the people may not be. This isn't two-person separation of duties.

4 · Four clouds

The same workflow created governed resources in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI. The console footage is sanitized to hide account identifiers.

Execute run 30822997476, 3 Aug 2026.

Limit: the Azure demo adopted an existing subscription. Creating a new one on the first attempt hasn't been timed.

5 · Evidence

One dashboard shows inventory, tag coverage, native security findings, OPA decisions, and cost status. Missing data shows as missing rather than as a pass or a zero.

26 of 26 resources tagged in run 30822997476.

Limit: that figure is from one run. AWS and Google Cloud cost show as unavailable until their billing data is collected.

6 · Drift

Each night a refresh-only plan compares live resources with the code. A difference opens an issue assigned to the owner, with the plan attached.

Drift run 30883201512, 4 Aug 2026.

Limit: nothing is fixed automatically. Fixes go through the same review and apply steps.

7 · Teardown

Demo workloads are destroyed and their state is checked empty in all four clouds. Landing zones, guardrails, remote state, and central logs stay in place.

Limit: this covers disposable workloads, not removal of the landing zones.

8 · Handoff

After a signed agreement, a pinned, checksummed release is imported into a new private repository that you own. Before that, you can review the public evidence package: sample requests, generated output, and policy results.

Limit: the public package shows output only. The reusable modules and automation are withheld, so it can't deploy anything.

Prototype: this form doesn't send yet. It goes live after the privacy notice and retention policy are approved.

Useful to include

  • Which clouds are in scope, and which one is primary
  • How many accounts, subscriptions, projects, or compartments you create a month
  • Your identity provider
  • Any control framework you report against
  • A target date, if you have one
